The Felix Burda Foundation invites applications for the Felix Burda Award 2009. The prize will be awarded in the category "Medical Prevention" for innovative medical projects contributing significantly to the prevention and early detection of colorectal cancer. Private persons, institutions, organisations or companies who have completed such projects in the year 2008 may apply for the prize which is worth EUR 10,000 - the deadline for applications is December 22nd, 2008. A jury of international experts will announce the winners at the Felix Burda Award Gala on March 29th, 2009, in Berlin.
